I contacted Tara at Roam with Om with a request for a specific itinerary on a short timeline to India. She was gracious enough to give me very useful tips to arrange my trip and get the most out of it. She called me to follow-up and offer more assitance, and even helped me figure out how to change money without hassle.
I am most grateful for her warm and generous support of my trip planning.

Tara took us shopping while we stayed at the Noida Ashram in Delhi. The Anoki Fab India store was an auto rickshaw ride away of about 15 minutes. The mall was strangely modern but had exactly what we needed to feel comfortable in the ashrams and traveling around India. They were also beautiful. I should of packed less clothes from USA!

Roam with Om’s Orange County temple tour proved a delightful way to spend the day. The morning started with a Chai at Darshan Bakery and then we were off to Trabuco Canyon to visit the secluded Vivekananda Vedanta Society monastery. An ancient monk and his elderly black lab greeted us at the gate and then we were left alone to explore the serene chapels, beautiful gardens, walking paths and views. We meditated, purchased a few treasures, including local honey, in the gift shop and then headed off to nearby Laguna Canyon to visit the Kali Temple. The temple was an unexpected delight, hidden in an eclectic canyon community. The last stop was a visit to the Krisna Temple in Laguna. There we enjoyed a short service and a delicious lunch on the veranda. In one day we visited three wonderful and very different temples that I would never have discovered on my own. Thanks Tara for an informative, spiritual and just plain fun tour!
